I had to buy some urgent medicines during the night shift, around 10pm after waiting 6 hours in the emergency room. Unfortunately, whoever answered the call wasn't very intent on understanding what I needed. I don't think he fully understood Italian and honestly the kindness and service wasn't the best either. Furthermore, the conversation slot is so small and useless that it is almost useless. I have used "shift" pharmacies on other occasions, but I have never found myself feeling sick or so embarrassed... that I never go back there again, not even during normal shifts.
I go to the pharmacy with a prescription for a drug that I have to take every day for hypertension. The product is not available and I am invited to return to collect it with a numbered card. However, the pharmacy is closed for a week for holidays and when I return to the opening they tell me that the prescription has been closed (?) as it has expired. Final: I have to leave without the drug and return to the doctor for another prescription. Congratulations nice service. Personally, I will never go back there again and I hope that the healthcare company carries out checks on the quality of the services provided which are of a truly terrible level.
The pharmacy is located in the main square, however... the fittings are completely confusing, scarce and obsolete. Furniture placed haphazardly, dirty (lots of dust on furnishings and lamps). Furthermore, no product displayed shows the price, neither on a display plate nor on a label.
It doesn't even deserve a star, I'm sorry but the pharmacists are always grumpy and not at all helpful... even though I have it just a stone's throw away, I don't go there. The few experiences I have had have always been negative.
Pharmacy located in front of Piazza della Repubblica in the center of the city of Monfalcone in the province of Gorizia... large and recently renovated room with a vast display of supplements, personal care and hygiene products and over-the-counter medicines... friendly service, available and professional
