I came to the pharmacy with an ear problem that was ongoing for quite sometime in toronto. I went to a few doctors back in Toronto but couldn't get it resolved. I spoke to the pharmacist and explained the problem. He gave me a ear drop and it worked just as he said it would. It wax build up. I'm 95% good again. I can't remember his name but said he was Scottish. Thank you sir. I wish I had the time to thank you personally but I'm in Switzerland now and back home on the weekend. Grazie.
Dislike and arrogance of the staff. I am a 75% disabled person and I have difficulty standing up especially when the queue is long. Even though I had begged several times for a chair to sit on, I was always told no. The most common excuse is that they don't have room, which is not true as the pharmacy in via Varese is much smaller and offers two chairs to elderly and disabled staff. The second excuse is that it then takes away space at the external counter which among other things they haven't used for a long time. They should be reported for lack of civility and kindness.
Dislike. The cross posted outside has a brightness completely above the tolerable level. Passing along the street or maneuvering in the evening/night hours risks an accident. Pointing out to the pharmacist who, lying without shame, states "it has been the same cross for twenty years" (not even LEDs like this were used twenty years ago), not even the decency to think of a solution to the problem.
Kind and professional. Very knowledgeable about the rules for the end of Covid isolation, other pharmacists had told me that in the event of a positive swab I would have to wait another 7 days to repeat the test, while the pharmacist who did the swab explained to us that after the first 7 days of isolation in case of a positive test we could have repeated it even a few days later. Very kind even on the phone, as it was April 25th after calling 10 other pharmacies I had lost hope of being able to find a place for the recovery swab!
Crazy slow in serving customers....
