Lack of professionalism and a lot of rudeness. You often find them smoking near the door and with an annoyed look they serve you. Total incompetence
Great tax evaders. They don't issue any receipts, and if you ask them, they issue non-fiscal receipts that can't be used for deductions (they even get clever by putting the tax code on them) but since it's not a tax document it doesn't appear on the TS system so in addition to pocketing the ticket (by not doing so appear in the system) the customer cannot request deductions if no ticket has been paid for the SSN. Pay attention and if necessary go to the G.d.F. as I already did to report the problem.

They are very kind
Excellent, kind, courteous and friendly staff. After the renovation of the premises, the name of the pharmacy is now "Alioth"
