I ordered 3 medications the day before, I go to the pharmacy the next day, I pay for all three, I take the sachet without checking the contents, I go home and only then I realize that there were only 2 of 3 medications in the sachet. paid, I return the next day but I am immediately told that it is impossible and that the drug has left the pharmacy...ridiculous, I will never set foot in this pharmacy again!!!

I ordered online during the lockdown and I found one pack of hair dye instead of three. I had ordered them for my mother who obviously cared a lot and clearly the goods were paid for in advance. I immediately called and we kindly agreed that they would take action as soon as possible. Having received nothing, I called again and they explained to me that they had run out of that type of product and therefore I would have to wait longer. I then sent several reminders via email and no one ever responded. Upon my umpteenth reminder a little while ago, the email was returned as the address is no longer active. It's not so much a question of money, but of fairness, which is evidently unknown to these gentlemen. 👎👎👎

Use deposit: they do not ship the goods I ordered some supplements (reported as available on the site) on December 2nd. Not having received the goods, I asked via email (4 times, with no response) and via telephone (3 times, receiving pre-packaged and misleading information - "we shipped yesterday/we haven't received them from the supplier yet etc". I then requested a refund, but only after sending a .PEC to their legal address and requesting a refund from the bank did I receive the refund on January 10th

I never leave reviews because I manage an e-commerce and I know the problems of a seller and the difficulties that can be encountered. But in this case I was amazed at how little professionalism they had towards me. Simply unreliable!!! my super negative and disconcerting experience... still after three weeks I have not had the opportunity to understand why there was so much silence and get a refund. They don't deserve to work.
