Courtesy has never been at home here. I found myself asking the pharmacist at this facility for medicine to treat a large burn on the hand of my daughter, who is just over a year old. Since it was 10pm I was postponed to the following day since - according to him - it wasn't an urgent condition. Even with the recipe in hand he didn't want to listen to me. What it would have cost him to give me that drug anyway, regardless of the situation, only the pharmacist I spoke to knows, but one thing is certain: he clearly didn't go out of his way to help someone in difficulty, not even such a small child. I'm sure that sooner or later he will be repaid with his own coin, but in the meantime, if I can advise someone to go elsewhere, well I do it without having too many scruples (it seems they don't have too many scruples either anyway). Ps: in the end I went to another pharmacy. They sold me the drug, without making a fuss and without even asking for payment of the call fee.

Everyone is always very friendly and professional, always careful to try to solve every problem always with a smile, ready to give you advice or immediately order everything you may need, super helpful, you can immediately notice that they put effort and heart into what they do. they do, as a customer who often visits the pharmacy I can be very satisfied with how I am welcomed and helped.
