I would like to thank personnel of Farmacia Allegri for a great services especially in the time of coronavirus. Highly recommended!

For a few years, I had an office in the same building and I knew the pharmacy clerks well with whom I often had coffee at the Premiere bar. Years later, it was 2013, I order calcium carbonate (CaCO3) for my wife. I'm going to pick it up on September 27, 2013. As soon as I enter, a sort of tiny, hairy rocket hurtles between my feet and tries to get through the glass door. It was a terrified kitten that had slipped into the pharmacy from I don't know where. I stop him with difficulty while he bites and scratches me. I try to calm him down while the pharmacist disinfects my bite wounds which are bleeding profusely. After almost eleven years, CaCO3 (that's what I called it), is still here with me. Five stars are very few.

I found myself in an emergency situation because there were no drugs to be found in the entire province. Not only did they keep the medication aside for me, but they welcomed me as if I were a daughter, granddaughter, or close friend. What can I say, fantastic life-saving doctors, very kind, and so on and so forth!! Thank you again, thank you, thank you!!! They would like some!!

One star is too many. I called yesterday to book a swab, the very kind lady inserted me at 8.30 in place of another person who had cancelled. I arrive at the pharmacy 10 minutes early and to my surprise I discover that they hadn't saved my appointment, even having the courage to tell me that I hadn't called them even though I showed them the screenshots showing the 2-minute call with the number of this pharmacy . An embarrassing and disgusting disorganization. Make sure you record your phone calls because you might find yourself in my disgusting situation.

Pharmacy. During the coronavirus period, a window in the wall was adapted for dispensing medicines and cosmetics to speed up the queue. Well done - original! :)
