Extremely rude male behind the counter. Told me to wait outside if talking in shop. I was talking to my partner about the sensitive issue I was there for. Did not feel comfortable speaking to them about it and left and went to another pharmacy. Very rude and embarrassing for the two of us.

I don’t know why this pharmacy has so bad ratings. I went there today at 23:20 because my boyfriend had an issue. The pharmacist was helpful and advised me on what to do and to use. It’s definitely a good place to go if you have a health issue at nighttime.

Hello everyone, I’m Italian American that was in Florence in October 2022 for one day, I strongly advise against this pharmacy to anyone for the rudeness and dishonesty of the woman pharmacist with glasses who works there !!! I needed a nasal swab for COVID as I had flu symptoms and the “lady” in question repeated to me twice that I had to be ashamed of showing up at that pharmacy with flu symptoms, when I reminded her that’s her job she told me that her job also involves ‘saying things as they are’ (from her unprofessional point of view). Moreover, the price of the nasal swab was definitely above average and when I pointed it out in all tranquillity to the “lady” she even refused to make service to me, calling her colleague at the time of payment. If you read this review, “lady”, remember that your family did not teach you neither education nor civilisation !!!

Open until midnight, pretty much the only pharmacy that does that in the center - unless you wanna go to the station - which should definitely be avoided at night. 1 person allowed in the store due to COVID, seems too strict. Prices above average but that’s expected due to the location. Normal staff
