Be careful, total ripoff. Fantasy prices for simple generica, no returns, even if you barely left the place. Teaches me to say no immediately when asked to pay moon prices for paracetamol, so I guess not their fault, if tourists are stupid enough to fall for it.

The pharmacy is very neat and well organized. The staff is super helpful and the prices are great! They carry brands such as caudalíe and avene as well as la roche posay.

I was really disappointed with this pharmacy! It seems like Instead of offering a reasonable service they have jumped on the tourist wagon. I went for a generic brand of ibuprofen, they gave me a generic box of 12 tablets for the grand sum of €10! I may be a tourist in Firenze but I live in Italy and know they shouldn't cost that much. If you are a tourist please go to another pharmacy, in general they should be half the price. Shame on you for taking advantage of tourists over health and honesty.

23 Euro for 10ml of saline solution! Had to buy as my eye needed flushing but avoid this place if you can, they are just here to rip off tourists.

This was the only place we found that did the rapid test without any appointment needed. It cost 22€ and takes 10minutes. Highly recommended.
