Bad experience they make you pay even if the medicine is free, I took the aerosol they made me pay 70 euros instead outside it was 54 euros, it's ok to earn but not in that way

Terrible experience. 12 days ago I rented an aerosol, being my first time ever I asked the pharmacist for information. He explicitly told me that I would have to leave a deposit of €20 and that once the item was returned they would return it to me. After 12 days I brought back the aerosol unaware of everything and the pharmacist told me that everything cost €18 (€1.50 per day). Not knowing exactly how to behave, I tried to explain to her that it wasn't what I had been told and she ironically told me in front of all the customers: it's obvious that the object has a cost". Making me feel completely out of place.

Friendly and super reliable staff. The CUP service is excellent: after a couple of people with a prescription, they make reservations at the CUP for as many people. They are always available for any help or specific request

Inspire Purae €12.90 outside for outside... I'm just hoping for a mistake but charging double is an invitation not to go back or ask for prices for each product!! Sorry 1 star

Prices higher than the average of other pharmacies. If you have to book at the cup, even though there are more checkouts, they give priority to those who need to buy medicines, telling them to wait, they let 5-6 people go through and then they finally serve you even though you have already queued like everyone else. Personally, every time I have been there the staff have addressed me in a hasty and rude manner. I strongly advise against it. My feeling is that they give priority to their earnings rather than advising and helping people in purchasing the most suitable product.
