I had a great experience when I visited. The staff was super friendly and they kindly helped me with all the questions I had, even suggested the best products according to my skin type. The place looks nice, open and bright. They also have a large variety of products. We had a small issue with our payment option, and they were super kind to wait until we got it resolved.
Large and very bright environment, trained and available staff even in critical moments, 360° professionalism. Various car parks nearby and, last but not least, a very central location.
Staff not very friendly and helpful, I had a problem and I wasn't believed, I was also scolded loudly. I hope it never happens again, it was very unpleasant for me.
I was sold some masks (My Mask Pro II Black) half of which broke upon first use (when I wore it for the first time) and the strap came off.
