After patiently waiting for my turn and queuing for 15 minutes, I saw a person pass in front of me with a ticket who "only" had to collect an ordered product! Oh no, it's not done! I left indignantly without buying anything (also because I had to go to work and I had waited long enough). It's not fair to customers. Never again! (First and last time I go there). Luckily in Genoa there are other excellent pharmacies.
Well-stocked and traditional pharmacy. Highly trained and available pharmacist doctors ready to support the customer in choosing products. With the addition of Serena, the Beauty section has achieved excellence!
I recently purchased some creams from you and I was very happy. The sales assistant was very professional and recommended the most suitable cream for my skin type. I will return to purchase more because nowadays it is difficult to find competence, courtesy and friendliness. I recommend the Alvigini pharmacy.
I asked for some propolis for the dog. They gave me a propolis without alcohol. Very good. Too bad it was so sweet (and with an unthinkable raspberry flavor suitable for children), that my dog refused to even get close to it. In the end I took it myself. To not throw it away.
