"the conversation ends here" this was told to me after having kindly asked by telephone if I could exchange a 500 ml mouthwash purchased 20 minutes earlier with the same product but smaller. Product obviously taken from the pharmacist and not chosen by me but since, who he prescribed the product to me, he told me that 500 ml was excessive, I called and asked if I could reduce the quantity. "with covid we can't take back even a pin" he also told me. He even made fun of it by telling me that it wasn't worth buying a new one (when I specifically asked him if he could exchange it) and to finish the one I had purchased as if it were a bottle of wine. Then the man behind the counter threw the phone down in my face. Highly recommended, true business professionals

Test covid Hotgen for self-testing use. Full price euro 12.00 but discounted they put it for me at euro 9.90 (2.10 discount). Immediately afterwards I go to Esselunga and... the EXACT SAME hotgen sold for euro 3.84... I repeat 3.84 euro... (therefore sold at more than double and also discounted...) I really have no words... congratulations. I remain available to come with the receipt and the tests in case you want to provide me with a suitable justification for such a difference.
