Attention attention !!! I purchased 5 items from Alzaia Pavese pharmacy on Alieto a month ago declaring delivery in 48 hours and the result is that after 2 weeks they only sent me one... I asked them the problem and in short they told me it was a problem mine because they sent 2 packages, one with 4 items (absurd) and a package with just one item (all absurd) and that I had to make do with the courier... in short, paid for 5 and received 1... of the refund not they want to hear about it so I turned to the right people!!! I repeat, be careful, zero professionalism and zero seriousness from those who deal with medicines and if you call they give you numbers to call which then give you the answers above!!!

I am a foreigner and I have used their services for a few years already. They always helped me with everything and if they didn't have something, they ordered it and it arrived in less than 24 hours. Thumbs up for this pharmacy. I've been using their services for a few years now. They don't speak English but they've had patience with my Italian and always been able to help me out with whatever has been my issue.

They are dads, they want to work under their shoes, I went 5 times to ask to listen and always with a different 'excuse' they refused to do it, it felt like talking to a wall on a cognitive level
