Do NOT recommend. Owner pretended she did not speak English for over 10 minutes and was rude when I was trying to return a defective Covid test I purchased here. I have never experienced such rudeness and poor customer service in Milan, especially from a store that should be apologizing for selling me a defective product. In the end she would not even return the other defective product. I suggest you go to another pharmacy in order to have your needs met and be assured you will be treated properly.

Only negative experiences. Already in 2021 I had booked a molecular swab a month before surgery. Unfortunately I showed up 15 minutes later because I had marked the appointment time incorrectly. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the blonde pharmacist responded abruptly, saying that my appointment was a quarter of an hour early and therefore she wouldn't do the swab test. I had to beg her to get the swab done because on the same day I would never have found any pharmacy willing to do a molecular swab. She then swabbed me, still very annoyed. I recently purchased some supplements and I realized when I got home that the price indicated on the package was lower than the sum of the three products I had actually paid. I called immediately and they tell me that they can't do anything and to come back the next day in the presence of a pharmacist called Alessandra. The next day I go back to the pharmacy to ask for explanations and they tell me that the price they had charged me was correct and that they are not obliged to update the prices on the packages because the product was not on the shelf. Okay (even though I can't verify the correct price as I don't have an official price list), I ask for a return. They deny it to me because they say that they cannot check the integrity of the packaging so according to them customers who purchase products in their pharmacy NEVER have the right to return them because in reality they do not take the responsibility of checking their integrity. They do not even accept the customer's declarations regarding the fact that they have not opened or tampered with the packages and in the presence of perfectly intact packaging. This is the Imperia pharmacy.

It's the second time I've gone to this pharmacy, the first time I found a blonde pharmacist with half a ponytail who was really not very friendly, she didn't even respond to greetings. Today I went for the second time, I found the same pharmacist and she confirmed that she was really rude to the customer, very over the top but this time it was a gurgled sort of good morning if I understood correctly! Don't worry, if you're that annoyed I won't come to your pharmacy to shop anymore! There are many others in the area, one just 400 meters away, it certainly won't be difficult to find more welcoming people than her. Good day
