Nice service - speaking english!

Personally, I have always had a good time and have always encountered education and courtesy from the staff. The pharmacy is well stocked, there are lots of hypoallergenic cosmetic products. I am very happy with the pharmacy's personalized products. Prices in line with other pharmacies.

I entered... at the counter the doctor asks me I give him the prescription I need it shouting I think "it's going to be a bad day" then being an invalid with so many people I wanted to hurry... I was putting away prescriptions and medicines he shouts at me to hurry up in bad way?!!! It's not the first time, I've let it slide many times because I've been going there since they opened in June Naples. I had a good time but lately... Today I decided to leave a review because I've always been polite to them and they haven't been polite to me. I know why but it's always the younger ones who feel they have to treat you so unprofessionally, I'm very sorry about your behavior

unfortunately I found a different price from the package to the receipt with 1.50 euros more, which doesn't seem like a correct way to me because in the supermarket if they forget or make a mistake in writing the price on the shelf, the customer pays the price indicated on the package or shelf. It doesn't work like that here and it's not the first time it happens but it will also be the last time I set foot in there...

I have just bought a drug whose price indicated on the package is €20.20. The pharmacist instead gave a receipt for 22.20 euros and it is not clear the difference between the displayed price and the price paid. This report was also sent, together with the photo of the product and the receipt, to the local Guardia di Finanza, while for the future, despite being from Sanremo, I will strongly refrain from frequenting this pharmacy again. Terrible service.
