Dear Doctor, how could I come earlier if I was working? In essence they were all excuses for not wanting to give a drug that was very important to me given my chronic illness. I thanked the Doctor telling him he had been very kind and left. Now I understand the rules but a bit of humanity!!!!! The Dr. Cassanello, a truly prepared and kind professional figure on every occasion... friendly. The staff..the best..very kind, ready for any eventuality to the customer, always a "good morning and a goodbye" with a smile.. The best in Sanremo.. I'm a regular customer.. Thanks to all the staff
