Farmacia Angelini Lino

More than a month ago I purchased a medicine with a prescription that prescribed two boxes of the medicine I needed. They only had one. The pharmacist tells me to come back and he will let me find it. Today, after at least four times I went back to ask the pharmacist without any problem, he told me that the request had now expired, that it is valid for a month and that at most he can give me my money back. I tell him that it's not my fault... with an arrogant air he replies that it's not his either and that at most he can give me my money back. He tells me that it was not possible that I had passed in the previous 10-15 days. Which is absolutely not true. Really arrogant and not suitable for being with the public. At my request to find a solution he put the money on the counter and liquidated me. Even though I told him that those pills were essential for me. Really bad

It's my favorite pharmacy. The pharmacists are very kind and well trained, their advice is very useful and capable of solving a problem in the case of temporary absence of the family doctor. The pharmacy is also well stocked with veterinary and homeopathic products. Sometimes it's crowded, but the wait is definitely worth it. I am very grateful to doctors Gabriele and Giorgio for their work. 5 stars well deserved.
