Historic pharmacy in the Appio Latino district, new management, renovated pharmacy. Dr. Costanza is always kind and very knowledgeable and always recommends useful products, however all the staff are always kind. You can also send emails and book the medicines and I promptly find them ready when I go. In this pharmacy you can also have screenings which are promptly advertised. I conclude my review by giving an exceptional and excellent rating
On 9/25 I went to the pharmacy to buy some quick swabs and a mask, the bill was 5 and change, I gave a 20 banknote and while the doctor gave me the change, I found a coin to facilitate the exchange. While I was asking him some things, so both of our attention had to be divided between counting the money and my question, the doctor gave me the swabs, the mask and only the change in euro change. So I asked if by any chance he had already given me the 15 euros, because I couldn't find it in my pocket or wallet or anywhere and I didn't remember having had it, it can happen that sometimes you do things absentmindedly, so I asked the doctor to check, that I would also call the next day to ask if they had found any extra money on the closing at the end of the day. This morning I called and they told me no, I'm sure that the banknotes, certainly absentmindedly, were not given to me. It can happen, for goodness sake, but I really don't think they checked.
A historic pharmacy in the neighborhood has finally returned: Doctor Costanza is prepared and courteous, with staff who are always up to par. Well done.
Professionalism, competence, courtesy and availability are the characteristic signs of this pharmacy which is an important point of reference for the entire neighborhood. You can be sure of always finding an attentive and empathetic interlocutor, which is quite rare today. All the staff helped me manage a complicated situation, always guaranteeing me the supply of drugs that were not easy to find. The pharmacy is also open on Sundays, until around 1pm.
