Negative Experience: Unfortunately, we had a negative experience at this pharmacy. My husband is visually impaired and was not adequately cared for. Inattentive Service: The pharmacist seemed inattentive to our needs, especially regarding the necessary prescriptions for medications. Lack of courtesy: We found the behavior of the pharmacist very rude and unprofessional. Lack of care: Due to the lack of attention, my husband came home without one of the medications we were supposed to take that afternoon, causing discomfort and inconvenience. We were hoping for more attentive and courteous service for special needs patients like my husband. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable and kind service

Staff not always courteous. Discounts practically non-existent. I didn't give the health card for a small amount, I found the tax code of a certain Maria from 74.

And that's all I'll say....on the phone they tell me...you can come today, the drug is available....I'll come the next day....the drug hasn't even been ordered. QUESTION: BUT WHO WAS ON THE PHONE THAT I SPOKE TO? ONE PASSING INTO THE PHARMACY? .....AND I SAY NO ELSE

Those who want nothing too much squeeze. I took a swab test for my 4 year old son here a week ago... I waited in line for an hour and a half because, rightly, in addition to whoever was in front of me, they let in on time whoever had an appointment. Today, mindful of the fact just described, I booked the swab to avoid the same fate and instead nothing, because they were late with the swabs and I would have had to wait another hour or more. They are also not champions of friendliness, in general. I've always gone here because I fall in when leaving home, but from today they won't see me anymore. Just walk 200 meters towards Via Lizzani to have courtesy and professionalism in another pharmacy.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I always find the same dirty environment with people who are always angry and respond badly. A few days ago I witnessed a scene where a lady who works there with short blonde hair and glasses had treated very badly an old man who had gone there to collect the prescriptions left the evening before by the doctor, first she got angry and without looking to see if the prescriptions were there she told him that the doctor hadn't brought them yet then after the old man had he insisted and checked and the recipes came out. What to say….
