I discovered by chance, online, the Antica Farmacia Orlandi... What to say ... Super... I order these products (but also more...) from the province of Rieti for my two dogs. Prices are very, but what do I mean, the lowest you can find!! They send you emails for updates on the package's journey and one to thank you.. Well.. Unfortunately you can't give less than one star! Arrogant liars and bullies! Order placed online on Tuesday, delivery should be within 3 days of shipping the package. It's been 7 days and they still can't tell me where my order is! Every day I call they tell me that the order will arrive the following day but that's not the case! Contacted via email and they don't respond! Person who answers the phone very annoyed and gives false information regarding the order placed. They said that they will no longer send the order to me and will give me a refund (we'll see) all through their decision, while I only ask to have the goods purchased. Super not recommended, a real waste of time and nerves caused by their inconsistency!!!! There is little else to add……….
