Courtesy and professionalism in managing customers but decidedly higher sales prices compared to other pharmacies.
If a customer calls, begging to wait just 2 minutes for an urgent, newly prescribed medication, I expect there to be that flexibility. If, despite the call, he is actually outside the pharmacy two minutes later and you don't open, indicating that you're closed, it's clear that you have no respect for customers.
The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Silvana is adorable and lends a hand to everyone if she can.
