The staff is courteous and kind but the organization of getting the swab done is very difficult. I've been here since 8 for a quick swab, it's 10 and I still have 10 people in front of me. It's very cold and you can't even use the bathroom. All because it is managed by just one person who does everything and takes 10/15 minutes per person. It is not recommended to wait. Make an appointment because you can skip the line.
