You are very kind and good 💞
Rude, rude but above all liars! To get a booked swab they made us wait half an hour saying they were full when in fact no one was coming in or coming out! It's true that we arrived a little early but don't say that you're full when it's not true they made a better impression by saying that they were starting to take swabs when they felt like it and we would have agreed to wait but not so teased! Congratulations
I use this means to testify that the only occasion in which I went to this pharmacy the service and professionalism were terrible. I bought a product for a dermatological problem that was recommended to me as an alternative to one that was not available; after the use which caused me to become very sensitized, I promptly communicated the matter by telephone, also to warn (in case of future sales) that the product had caused such a reaction. I was told that perhaps the product had some defect and that they would change me the next day with the product that I had initially requested and which had been booked. So I went to the store and they told me: we were wrong, we can't change the product, just use it (?), the new product is € total, for us it's impossible that it caused such a reaction . So basically what they told me to do the day before has been retracted, they practically called me a liar, made me go on an empty trip, but above all they didn't make sure, by changing the product, to test it and find out if actually, was part of a defective and harmful batch for future customers. What can I say, very calmly. You have lost me as a customer and the people to whom I will not recommend the Pittei pharmacy. I remind you that losing a collection, when a medicine has caused minimal damage to the customer, should be nothing compared to a courtesy that certainly always and obviously repays a professional and safe service.
In a period in which taking a test for Sars-Cov2 is a challenge, the Pittei pharmacy allowed me to take it on the same day. Short wait, paper procedures carried out quickly. Excellent connection with the healthcare IT system (the result arrived on my phone application a few minutes after taking the test).
A PHARMACIST REFUSED TO SELL ME THE MORNING AFTER PILL BECAUSE I AM UNDERAGE. A pharmacist cannot refuse to sell the morning after pill, which women (including minors) have the right to obtain without a prescription. Not being a mandatory drug, it may not keep it in stock, but on request it is required to procure it as soon as possible, given that the administration must take place In 5 days. For pharmacists, moreover, conscientious objection is not permitted, much less for the morning after pill (classified by the Medicines Agency as contraceptive, and not anti-abortion, as it is Ru486).
