This is already the second time that I have had a bad time with this pharmacy... apart from the fact that they are quite rude, especially a pharmacist, today (unfortunately I suffer from severe anxiety), I needed a medicine and I had lost the prescription and despite It wasn't the first time I had taken it there, even though I said I could bring an old prescription and told them to look through my name and surname and we would see the medicine requested, the gentleman told me NO, and I was clearly anxious. . 0 empathy, (with me) because once I asked a lady I knew if she would take this medicine for me because I had Covid I couldn't go out.. but the lady, even without a prescription, they allowed her this medicine without problems. luckily a another pharmacy, understanding the situation, looked to see if I actually had an old prescription and had already purchased from them, they very kindly helped me.. another time I gave her the wrong prescription and I came back immediately with the receipt and sealed product but I don't know why she said no he could absolutely take it back even though 10 minutes had passed

Unfortunately you are overtaken by booked people who show up half an hour before their scheduled time to take the swab, even spending more than an hour and a half in line. At this point, despite the modus operandi, I recommend booking.

Unfortunately, a doctor works in this pharmacy who is rude, rude and arrogant. Upon my polite remonstrance he advised me to change pharmacy and go to private pharmacies. His service was terrible and unprofessional.
