Beautiful pharmacy with courteous and very helpful staff, attentive to people's needs. In particular, they have a laboratory, there on site, which also allows them to have particular medicines "tailor-made" to the requests of specialist doctors. We were very pleased with the efficiency of this laboratory service.

UPDATE 03/01: I'm happy to update the review to five stars. Always give a second chance! The swab this time was quick, almost painless (it's really the process that isn't pleasant, not the hand). The staff is empathetic and understanding. THANK YOU! I'm sorry, but my review is negative. Too much waiting in the cold despite the reservation, hasty and unempathetic staff at the counter - certainly stressed by the period (but those who work with the public must take this into account and I am always kind and polite) - and unfortunately a tampon that is too painful compared to average. I wouldn't recommend it for a swab, for the rest, I don't know.

I took the rapid COVID test together with my parents. Extremely helpful staff to clarify all our doubts. Quick and efficient. Cost €15 per swab (€10 children)

The pharmacist doctors I found are splendid, very kind, competent and, no less importantly, with wonderful savoir faire, you can see that they love their work, 10 cum laude

Very helpful, kind and professional staff. A separate area dedicated to rapid swabs. Obviously the period is not the best, very full lists need to book in advance.
