My favorite pharmacy. The lady who answers the phone is special. With a very sweet tone he gives very clear and precise explanations. WONDERFUL. There is no better term to precisely describe the welcome of the staff. Even in the most tense moments they always maintain a kind and helpful attitude towards customers. There is no comparison with other pharmacies.
I had a reservation for an antigenic swab like every two days. and throughout the month of November. I show up as usual but I discover that the reservation didn't appear... it was missing... Frankly, I don't know what the mix-up was or why he wasn't present but I was in a lot of trouble and with me also all the staff dedicated to swabs... moments of real stress for the staff which I honestly conveyed with my anxiety and agitation... I had sent everyone into a tailspin!!! In a second Dr. Luigi understood and took charge of the situation and resolved it in a professional and brilliant way!!!! He took me aside and solved the problem by swabbing me himself. Dr. Luigi maintained professional behavior even under stress. Dr. Luigi has proven to be a person with a big heart who cares a lot about people..!!! Commendable...!!!
