I am surprised to say the least to read reviews lower than five stars. I came across this pharmacy by chance and found very friendly staff; I then had to contact them later to resolve a problem not caused by them. Well: problem solved remotely and extremely quickly; kindness and empathy towards the customer confirmed. TOP!

To the very rude and opinionated blonde pharmacist, who has always worked here, I would like to remind her that she is required to respond politely to customers, who are sick and often elderly, that we are not all stupid incompetent users but perhaps we have degrees in engineering and not in pharmaceutical chemistry. ,so rolling your eyes or teasing with ironic answers to questions about, for example, drug interactions certainly does not denote intelligence, but the exact opposite. I could go on, but it's not worth it, after all your colleagues are always very courteous, prepared and available and if you want to answer me by telling me to change pharmacy, yes, I would love to, but I struggle to walk and unfortunately you are the one I like the most close. Life is unpredictable, the wheel turns, if one day she finds herself old or ill I fear she will reap what she has sown. Good day.
