I agree that for some time the staff have been rude.....and offensive. I witnessed a customer before me who received a higher receipt than the price stamped on the medicine box. The staff's response was vague, not very correct in tone and above all it seemed that the customer was in the wrong! To be avoided.

It's the pharmacy closest to home and where I've been going by default for several years now, never had any problems. They always had the few things I was looking for and the staff always seemed friendly. The only thing is, know that there is always a queue! If I generally blame the place, because it should hire more staff, well, this time I don't feel like I can do it as there are always 3 or 4 people working inside, there can't be many more. In any case, they don't wait outside hours, that's it. Last note, relating to the COVID period, booking a quick swab always takes time, I don't know if because they are really always full or if because they have/do few, but they give the appointment after several days and, if I'm not mistaken, on Saturday They don't make them, so call ahead if you need them.

On the advice of a dear friend, I go to the Santa Chiara Pharmacy with my mother first and then with my father to carry out the end-of-isolation swab. Qualified staff extremely friendly, kind and precise with booking times. Special thanks to Greta for her availability and professionalism. Highly recommended 👍
