Rudest staff, I will never be returning here. The bad and aggressive attitude and lack of professionalism is astounding. They take interest in belittling the clients, and creating problems from nothing. Just do your job and find a little positivity.

Neat and clean pharmacy, we have never had any problems of any kind, friendly and professional staff, good supply of products and convenient location EDIT They never answer the phone

Extremely slow and uncaring service. Very high prices despite being a Lloyds pharmacy. The only positive note is the small queue, given how they treat customers.

The POS of the store was not working, they sent me to withdraw from an ATM 600 m walk from the pharmacy and when I returned I had to queue for 20 minutes again because the pharmacist had not kept the medicine I had already requested aside. The latter also got annoyed when I pointed out the discomfort. I live next door and there are constant long queues because the pharmacists chat amiably among themselves and with the customers in the queue: they probably think that people have time to waste :')

There is often a queue, due to the pharmacists chatting (not about work) or because they do something else despite the queue. Staff not particularly friendly, especially the blonde doctor. You don't want to go there, despite the proximity. Better in Piazza Miani or Via Bari, at least for courtesy.
