I feel very sorry for whoever answers the pharmacy number (I think the owner), who is a very nice, polite and helpful person. However, the person who takes care of the deliveries at the laboratory is very rude, I was treated very rudely every time I called and as had never happened to me before. I will contact the pharmacy again because I repeat that the owner is a good person, but I absolutely advise against having the products delivered to your home! Whoever takes care of it is not suited to a job that involves a lot of interaction with people, if you call after 6pm you almost risk being offended.

Entering the Tolstoy Pharmacy you can breathe the essence and charm of the past. You can find everything, such as a fascinating ancient bazaar. Especially the herbalist department and their galenic laboratory!! The staff is very friendly and it is always a pleasure to talk to the Doctor. I'm always happy to go there
