Starting from the outside, the first thing that catches the eye is the change in the shop window: decidedly more captivating, sunny and in step with the season, both in terms of products on display and in terms of embellishment and decoration. It definitely doesn't go unnoticed, which denotes the care and attention put into the setup, so my compliments to whoever takes care of it! Upon entering, the feeling of confusion that was perceived finally gives way to a sunny and orderly environment, from the display of medicines and new products to the very simple order on the counter, which almost makes you want to prolong your stay in the pharmacy to be able to look and browse everything better what is exposed. Speaking specifically about the articles, I can only be pleasantly surprised and satisfied by the introduction of new cosmetic products and, given the arrival of summer, of decidedly valid sun care lines (Bionike and Piz Buin). I would truly call it a winning idea! The Bionike make-up day was also introduced, which I really appreciated, as I think other girls do too, because in addition to having the opportunity to purchase products from this excellent brand, it also offers the opportunity to be made up and followed by an expert in the sector , which can provide useful advice to both less experienced and more knowledgeable women/girls on the subject, please do it again! Finally, in my opinion, the most important thing that has changed and that is really making a difference is the new staff. A team of trained, friendly, patient and helpful people who always welcome and greet the customer with a smile, which is extremely rare when dealing with the public, and who always try to meet everyone's needs in the best possible way and with decidedly excellent timing. Ultimately I have noticed a significant change from every point of view, you can see how the new staff always tries to keep up and bring new ideas, so what more can I say, I hope that we continue along this line! Keep it up!! ^^

Today I went to the pharmacy on the advice of the vet. Unfortunately, while trying to help my dog ​​who was hit by a car, I injured my arm. Panicked, I only thought about my dog's health, then noticing the cut, I went to the pharmacy to ask if it was possible to be disinfected, explaining what had happened. I was also denied a plaster and a simple disinfectant, telling me that it was only possible to purchase the pack of plasters!!! This is the humanity and education of this pharmacy... PS: After professionally taking care of my dog, the Veterinary Service also took care of my wound!

I want to make a very, very negative review about this pharmacy. I had been a customer for several years but in the last few months I found myself in a really bad situation because of one of their employees, a very, very rude and unprepared boy. I believe that it is not his job to do the pharmacist. The penultimate time I went, he made a mistake with my debit card payment, he made me pay for the same drug twice. He was very annoyed, he gave me a voucher, so I had to go back to get my money back. Yesterday when I went for the last once in this pharmacy, because I will never go back there again, always this rude guy after my justified request to be more careful with payments, he replied that what am I complaining about so much I have a voucher that I can use. Are we kidding? ??I was forced to return otherwise, I would never have returned to that pharmacy again. I advise the owners to choose their employees better.
