I was looking for a very particular galenic preparation based on the doctor's recipe and composition. Several pharmacies in the province of Varese have said that they cannot produce it or that they themselves have to order it from third parties, or that they can produce it in 4 or 5 days. Requested by sending the recipe via email at 12.15pm, it was ready at 4pm. I don't know if they're nice or not, and honestly I don't care that much. In a medical facility I look for efficiency, professionalism and preparation. Here I found them.
Staff busy chatting while customers are queuing, the attitude is pompous, opinionated and I would say rude, not inclined to listen.
The nurse who does the quick swab is a real butcher. It was my fourth swab, and the first in this pharmacy, they have never hurt me like she did. And when I told her that it hurts a lot, she replied "if she doesn't stay still she won't get the result". So the lady thinks she's the ONLY one who does the swab test the right way? Since my other swabs weren't like that! The second star for the others who were very kind. Thank you.
Pharmacy with good and trained doctors. I often go here to buy medicines and today I took a rapid test. Test performed by Doctor Catia, of all those I have done it was the most delicate and skilled. Advise!
