Truly, the bad education of a pharmacist is not good, as always every month I buy plasters to prevent, and they have never asked me for a prescription even for the next day's pill,,, this one comes out rudely and asks me if I have a document, when it's obvious that if you don't have a health card they won't sell you medicines and rudely asks me for it. I reply that here in Italy I am legal. Truly, the bad education of certain people does not help a community grow.... You have to control the racism that your employee has, the arrogant that you have in your workplace, so I know the laws. What bothered me and how I got it, that's all Good morning...🤬

This is a municipal pharmacy at 7.00 pm there were 3 doctors. Serving zero customers, I found excellent friendliness and professionalism unlike other pharmacies where the staff is small and the queue usually lasts over 20 minutes.

I don't live very close and I occasionally go to this pharmacy, no problems until today: I was shocked by the rudeness of two pharmacists who treated me very badly. I just asked to have the green pass certificate printed and open the sky: it seemed that I had asked for who knows what heavy work and above all they put it down as if they were martyrs, who do this service for free and that for this reason I was bothering them with a inappropriate request! As if it were my fault if it was decided that pharmacies must provide this service: if these pharmacists are not happy with downloading the green passes, as the Ministry has established, let them tell the authorities clearly and make peace with their brains .
