I had a problem with a product (allergic reaction) and they refuse the exchange. They told me they can't prove I had an allergic reaction. Moreover, after she went to ask if I can have the exchange and the manager said no, she didn't want to give the item back! I had to take it off her hand! Thanks that she tried to ask for the exchange, but being called a layer and trying to keep hold of the item I paid is not what i called a good customer service.

Closes at 8pm, not at 10pm

It's not true that you get used to everything. Rudeness and discourtesy always take me by surprise, especially in a pharmacy where one certainly doesn't go for pleasure!!!

Terrible pharmacy, a person is sick on Sunday without a prescription and they give him everything except the required one which he usually uses to get well, a bad but easy way to make money.

It was to be expected that the sea air would have influenced the price list... but when, while purchasing a widely used diagnostic device, my wife realized that the same device was actually on sale at double the average price charged in pharmacies in our area, we were truly disconcerted. Friendly staff in every way.
