Yesterday, for the first time, I am preparing to use this pharmacy. I purchase a medical product (downloadable), I compliment the bright and well-stocked room and the friendliness of the pharmacists present. Upon returning home I realize that I already have two packs of the same product and, therefore, in the morning I return to the pharmacy to return it (in the same envelope and with a receipt) and I kindly ask, if possible, for a voucher to be spent after the occurrence (as it has happened to me a few other times in other pharmacies and as I think it happens to some). The kind pharmacist from the day before tells me that what I requested is not possible... that their policy is to avoid returns and vouchers... that he would have had problems loading and unloading the product 🙄 and that, at most, I could have brought back the product purchased and that, only when I needed to change it, I would take it back for an exchange with another product needed at the time 😳 (I would therefore have kept a medical product that the pharmacy could have supplied to another customer!). Perplexed in keeping the medical product purchased for I don't know how long, despite not understanding what the pharmacist represented but knowing that the return is at his discretion, I decide, then and there, to change to a common ketoprofen task. Price equal to the exchange rate (with the kind refund of €0.50). Paid practically double compared to other pharmacies where previously purchased. The kindness of the day before was equal to the lack of availability and flexibility towards customers the day after. Never happened in any pharmacy in the city (direct experience). Three stars because the pharmacy is well-stocked and welcoming in its spaces.

Terrible experience. When you enter, at the counter, there is no one to welcome you. The employee comes out from behind the scene the moment she hears the door open. The man inside, who I assume is the owner, begins with: "What do you want?", without even saying good morning. Absolute inability to give advice that has a minimum of professionalism. There's a lady without a coat wandering around (is she a pharmacist? I don't know...) who intervenes and overlaps with her colleague(?). Inside, a bazaar of market-style offers displayed. A pack of syringes paid €5.25(!!!). Absolutely to avoid. I give one star only to close the review registration procedure.
