The staff is courteous and attentive. What's wrong is the non-use of the number dispenser, so you have to make do to wait in line and, above all, the failure to apply the 20% discount on over-the-counter products, as all the pharmacies in the city do. Obviously I'm not saying this because of the size of the savings, which are certainly small, but because the lack of the discount, which is optional, gives the impression of wanting to take advantage of customers' health problems.

Terrible and beggars! I was there to buy Tachipirina for my son, paid 16.50, 10€ were for the night service. The doctor who was there was rude and arrogant and also involved tax evasion since I wasn't given the tax receipt at the reception desk. requesting the receipt I was told that it was not possible because the computer was turned off!

The variety and wide assortment do not determine the status of "top pharmacy". Some of the staff and doctors are grumpy in relating to the public (who already enter the pharmacy for unpleasant issues related to pathologies or health problems). They face the wave of tourists in the summer months as the mission to stop the horde of barbarians........certainly each of us would avoid entering the pharmacy if it were not necessary and being welcomed with courtesy and a good morning would be more pleasant . Sometimes they talk to you without even looking up...lucky them

I arrived close to closing time (there were a few minutes to go and I called first to avoid bothering anyone). The doctor rudely says that we always arrive when they have to close. I'm sorry I didn't feel unwell a few hours earlier so as not to cause any disturbance.
