I will never set foot there again, even if it were the last pharmacy on the face of the earth...! tonight, just before closing, I went to this pharmacy to get a veterinary drug that I needed extremely urgently and was prescribed by the veterinary clinic I had just left. When I requested the drug they first informed me that they had it available but with an expiry date of a few days: from the external packaging it was clear that they had had it there for a while, the card seemed faded and a little damaged, but I I was extremely urgent for my dog and I confirmed the purchase anyway (hoping that the tablets inside were in any case well preserved... I agreed to buy a drug close to its expiry date as proof of the fact that I needed it quickly ). They then sent the prescription, but in the system it was already used...clearly an error, because I had just collected it from the clinic! I tried to explain that there was definitely a mistake and even though I needed it urgently, they didn't show the slightest bit of sensitivity in coming to me with any possible solution that wasn't "come back tomorrow with a new recipe". It was vital for my dog to have it today! So I went I was truly disconsolate: due to a trivial mistake I was unable to obtain a medicine which was not easy to find and which I needed immediately. Afterwards I went to another pharmacy in Agropoli where I found greater understanding and availability. I will have to collect the drug tomorrow anyway because they didn't have it available and I will certainly clarify the error related to the prescription, but in any case I was helped to at least remedy the problem. This is PROFESSIONALISM! I believe that to carry out certain types of work you also need to have sensitivity, understanding and give help. You don't sell sweets but medicines... and these medicines can very often be life-saving or in any case urgent for certain pathologies. Competence also lies in finding appropriate solutions. "Come back tomorrow" is not one of these if I point out that I desperately need it immediately! They didn't even bother to ask what it was for and why, to find an alternative while the matter of the recipe was clarified. You can see that for them it's just a question of business. I don't know, but certainly pharmacists who don't know how to help you, coming to your aid (and I'm not saying to give me the medicine without a prescription, but to find out about the problem and give me a solution to tide me over while I bring a new prescription) certainly cannot be "trusted pharmacists". P.s: I update the review by saying that at the other pharmacy, once the drug arrived, the prescription was VALID for them. They just wasted my time with their incompetence to the detriment of a poor living being who desperately needed it!

Terrible pharmacy..and very arrogant and rude to customers.....I called them in the morning telling me that the swabs are carried out until 7pm..I show up at 6pm and after 40 minutes in the queue (6.40pm). arrived on my turn.. they come out saying stop the swabs and no because the swabs were finished... but because it took 15 minutes to know the result and therefore it was over 7pm.... Are we kidding???..are you there or are you?..and I wasn't the only one. There were other people behind me.. Anyway you only lost points and customers... never again!!!..better the pharmacy in the mornings, quick with swabs and kind to customers. Good evening..

Professionalism and courtesy.... The closing time was 8.30pm, I had to take some medicines prescribed by the doctor on call. I had finished the visit to the doctor at 8.15pm and I chose this pharmacy both for its closing time and because it was the closest to the doctor's office. A little worried about the negative review regarding the time, I arrived at the pharmacy at 8.29pm after a nice jog and fortunately the pharmacy was still open. In my case 100% positive experience.
