Until today I thought I could only see animals at the zoo... I have to change my mind and I can guarantee you. If you want to see them you can do it for free at the Balocco pharmacy in Melegnano. Yes and I almost feel sorry to describe the doctor as an animal because I would offend animals. I go to the pharmacy at 2.30pm, opening time, they raise the shutter at 2.48pm when I ask them why they are so late. The doctor replies gruffly that they had a problem with the second request. If they carried out the swabs, I was told to come in. at the pharmacy and ask inside. At that point I thought it was the cleaning man since he was taking out the bike rack and the advertising posters but after queuing and waiting for 4 people to be served I arrive and who am I at the counter? The same grumpy guy who told me to go into the pharmacy to ask if they did swabs. So it wasn't the cleaning man Unfortunately the doctor! I ask if they always did the swabs in the same grumpy way, he replies Maybe later. I say goodbye very politely and leave. Truly speechless. Maybe it's better if he changes jobs.

We had the third dose of the Covid 19 vaccine. Punctuality and courtesy, the doctor was very kind and made me and my 88 year old mother feel at ease.... excellent service I highly recommend them....🔝

Family-run pharmacy, located in front of the town hall square. Possibility of parking with blue lines at 100 meters. They also have homeopathic products available to order. Courteous and competent staff.

Pharmacy absolutely to be avoided with rude staff!!!!! I offend animals by calling the pharmacy employee an animal who literally attacked an elderly man who was blowing his nose and couldn't do it in the pharmacy. First class clown. Highly not recommended😡 🤡
