Kind, friendly and very professional. What more could you want.

This pharmacy is located in via Dezza, right after the bridge over the Lambro. The owner, Carlo, together with the 2 doctors Gloria and Giulia are very good. Carlo is an excellent pharmacist, very knowledgeable and knows how to advise and give the right medicine when there is a problem. I also recommend this pharmacy because it is the only one in Melegnano that provides home delivery of medicines, to cater for people who have physical problems.

We have always been customers and unfortunately since the pharmacist changed we have no longer had a good experience. Question of service offered, courtesy, empathy. Medicines were delivered to us in formats different from those requested without explaining the price differences between them, unpleasant when at Christmas the pharmacist gave a small gift to customers completely ignoring us despite what we spend weekly. We will definitely change pharmacy.

I had 4 nasal swabs done in their pharmacy and they never told me that if I wanted to get a tax deduction I would have to pay with a debit card. Which I discovered when I went to get swabbed at another pharmacy. Little professionalism!

I requested a 50 cent mask, sponsored among other things on the display behind the pharmacist, I was told that she didn't only have one but that only those in the pack of 20 or 50 were left. I agreed with some doubts to the twenty one. I was given twenty masks loose and not in one package, I was dumbfounded. Furthermore, the pharmacist was not wearing a mask. I definitely won't set foot there again.
