I informed myself and there is no national rule but only a single one for each pharmacy. So this pharmacy, if it doesn't have a drug, orders it for you and makes you pay for it, then if for a thousand reasons someone can't go to collect it immediately but goes there after 7/10 days, they tell you that the prescription has expired, they don't they find it and therefore no medicine. In other pharmacies, for example, they order it for you but you pay for it when you go to pick it up, in others, they give you a voucher to get other things. This is how a pharmacy like the one mentioned scams people. Also because I had not been made aware of this rule. Compliments!!!

They are kind, but very strict, they also ask for a medical prescription for nimesulide or Bentelan 1 mg. I often changed pharmacies to get what I needed. There is no doubt about its seriousness, but often for work reasons you don't have the luxury of queuing up at the doctor for a product that is all in all over the counter.

The best pharmacy in the area. They were closing at 8pm, I called them saying it was an emergency and that I would get to them a little after closing time. They waited for me! Really kind and helpful

Negative experience, for the free Chicco revist package. I went yesterday, since they had 2 on the shelf and the lady at the counter told me to come back, to find out from the management. When I came back the next day she didn't remember anything, the management he was on holiday, the two packages were no longer on the shelf... how disgusting they are!
