Highly professional pharmacists, great advices.
Someone within the staff should review the ways in which they address customers, especially if they are pointing out something legitimate ("Look, I wouldn't even be there to serve" - said in a mocking tone - it's not a valid excuse to pass forward the people). And above all if they have a customer who always enters on tiptoe and even apologizes a little for the air he breathes, well, they would start asking themselves two questions if that same customer suddenly has an unpleasant and unexpected reaction, instead of chasing him to the door with insults and threatening tones. Luckily the area is full of pharmacies.
You can always find everything and the staff is friendly and professional.
It is truly reassuring and comforting to be able to count on the availability, courtesy, professionalism, competence and care that you receive in this pharmacy. Even by phone. Thank you very much ❤️
