The excuse is always that the price of drugs changes so quickly that the pharmacy doesn't have time to change the labels...
Absurd, I go in because I'm sick and the girl has black hair. She tells me to go out at 3.30pm because it closes at 12.30 and so she closes the clerk in my face. I'm sick and I'm refused help by the pharmacist. It's absurd. Who do you take? work is a shame... all live now
Professionalism and friendliness are at the heart of the service provided to the community. During the COVID period everything was accentuated so as not to make us feel alone 💯👍
It happened to me 2 times that they got the medicine wrong with a prescription written on the computer. One of the two times they gave me a drug for adults instead of children, luckily I am scrupulous and always look at the leaflet even though the pediatrician had already given the instructions.
