Im really surprised to see a pharmacist like this person , she is shouting and speaking in a mode that is not appropriate . It’s a shame to have a pharmacist like this person in a famous place like IL CENTRO . Were people from all around the world come to visit and i can see that i am not the only person that thinks this 50 year old women has bad attitude. ( get her fired ).

We ask for pediatric Augmentin (a fairly common antibiotic, I dare say!!) and the annoyed pharmacist says that it hasn't been available for months, that pediatricians don't understand anything, they should stop prescribing it... to call the doctor and have us change the prescription, that he KNOWS which one the drug could give us the alternative but he can't say it.. I also made a fool of myself by disturbing the pediatrician out of hours. I gladly laughed at him, he prescribes it every day and no one has ever reported supply problems to him. We leave empty-handed and the next morning we find the drug without problems in the pharmacy near our house. In all this, my 4-year-old son with pneumonia thanks the pharmacy in question for starting antibiotic therapy 12 hours later.
