They are not very honest people: This morning I was given a receipt with a tax code that wasn't mine, even though I hadn't presented any tax code because I don't deduct, I was given the receipt with a tax code of another person. I called to ask for an explanation and they put me on hold for ten minutes without receiving any response. I will be forced to file a complaint with the financial police.

I always find courtesy, availability and professionalism

Closing at 8.30pm. I arrive at 8.20pm to request a quick swab to be carried out (I needed it urgently). The door to the back laboratory is slammed in my face, telling me it's late and to come back the next day. I'm dismissed without even saying hello. Rude and definitely unprofessional.

I took a €15 swab without having received an email, but the pharmacist insisted that I pay €22 to have a translation of the Green pass into English, when in the rest of Italy the translation is already included in the price. Not recommended for people like me who have to return abroad

Pharmacy well stocked with any product for every eventuality. Even though we entered closing time, the staff was kind and polite, recommending the best products for the case. Maybe it's difficult to find parking nearby given the location but all in all it's a good pharmacy.
