Friendly but incompetent staff. I ask for an aerosol product, they give me a nasal wash that cannot be nebulized and they do it - aggravatingly - at full price. Of course they don't admit the mistake. Even a banal Covid swab was performed with insignificant support on the tongue and a light nasal touch... there are alternatives. I do not recommend, except for emergencies or shifts

If you don't know how to work in contact with the public while maintaining a minimum of kindness and availability, change jobs. I went to request a swab to do at home and I was told with an arrogant and unpleasant tone that it was absurd that they were selling me a test, which has never been seen anywhere and that they should have done it for me. With a way of doing things that is truly... unjustifiable. (Let me start by saying that I bought them without any problems elsewhere). In this same pharmacy a few months ago a lady asked to take a swab and they replied that they didn't do them and that if the lady wanted they would sell the ones to do yourself at home... And that's why I went there to ask, because I remembered that they had them for this very event. What, have you seen that tampons are now making money? Which is more convenient for you? That if someone just buys it, you don't get the same profit from it? At least the kindness and cunning to respond with a "no ma'am, I'm sorry but we don't have any". Very bad.

In response to Mrs. Anna Claudia Garofalo's review we would like to specify that initially the Nasopharyngeal Tests were exclusively for professional use; they were subsequently marketed and therefore sold in single packs for self-diagnosis. It is also specified that the work of the qualified personnel to carry out the swab is the responsibility of the pharmacy, not reimbursed and highly risky by the staff... therefore if the swabs had been carried out at one's private home it was very welcome to us. We remain available for any further clarification.

Pharmacy with helpful staff but poor availability of medicines; a real problem when it's on duty and you need them urgently.
