Zero stars. I've never met so unpolite persons. Dott. Berdou Pascal that did the covid rapid test came 1 hour later the start of tests and didn't want to give the results after 15 minutes, but after 12PM (i did wait for the test from 8:30 to 9:30). I asked many times for the document i signed with the result of the test and he didn't want to give it. At the end, i had to call another pharmacy to know how to get the result because they didn't explain anything. If someone needs to do covid tests this is not a reliable pharmacy.

If you come to Val Gardena as a tourist, try to bring as much medication as possible, to prevent the necessity of a pharmacy visit, because this is sadly the only one. The owner didn't even try to be kind or polite, and the prices are ridiculously high.
