I was sold a homeopathic remedy because my medication was not available. The pharmacist's statement that it was "medicina funzionale" was misleading. At home I saw on the package that it was a homeopathic remedy. That's not serious. The pharmacist should have informed me before purchasing that it was an - absolutely useless - homeopathic remedy.
They are not very kind, let's say they are not flexible and in any case they want to sell you the drugs they say they want. Unfortunately there are only them in the area so you have to make do. They are very well equipped
I had problems with swelling in one hand for days and nothing could make it go away, so I went to the pharmacy where I found this spectacular pharmacist! I was given a cream and some capsules with essential oils which made me go through everything in the space of a day! Furthermore, I really appreciated the availability of the pharmacist who listened to me right away and in fact within a short time I completely solved my problem! Excellent experience!! Thank you very much to the kind, friendly and competent doctor!
