A 5-star pharmacy: fully stocked and the staff is always available even by telephone to procure items if they are not available on site in a very short time. It quickly became my trusted pharmacy.

After years of being an unempathetic and ill-disposed elderly pharmacist, yesterday I finally found a very courteous young pharmacist who (on request and with great professionalism) gave useful advice to me and to the previous customer. Good! This is what a pharmacist should be: courteous, empathetic, able to listen and give useful advice. Favorably surprised! I give it a 5 star rating for encouragement.

I paid a ticket and they charged me 1.80 euros in commission, saying that it's because pagopa has been mandatory since January 1st, it's not because of the paltry amount, but because they're making fun of you, pagopa has existed for 4-5 years, and the other pharmacies don't charge commissions, evidently have a particular circuit that charges, they didn't even print my receipt. I definitely won't go back there again.

They are kind, professional and help with advice even when booking visits. I always go there. So far it is the best pharmacy I have found.

I usually had a good time. But I think it is unacceptable that the pharmacist tells you that a specific respiratory mask lasts 2 weeks, even longer, instead, by informing me about the various codes, it is single use. Leaving aside the fact that by calling in the morning they tell me a price I go in the afternoon for the same thing €3 more... well...
