Very helpful when I needed a supply of prescription medication that I normally get supplied in Australia, whilst on holiday in Italy.

I went to this pharmacy last night around 7.30pm and although it was Saturday evening and we were close to closing time, the pharmacist who assisted me was very friendly and professional, also giving me information on the drug I was about to purchase. Congratulations for the impeccable service.

I ask for an analgesic in tablets and they give it to me in sachets (showing the clear photo). At home I open the bag and notice the mistake, I go to change it and the sales assistant fusses, saying that the box has been opened... the box has been taken from a shelf within reach of the public... in the end she changes it for me, I he gives it as a request and I point out that that too had been opened. Maybe they organize themselves better and don't offend customers.

Sin. The staff is also friendly, but not capable of handling emergencies and not willing to solve problems. I don't know if it's due to lack of desire, lack of ability or company directives. And I'm talking about supports necessary to allow a person a dignified life. Faced with the problem, they ask you to call suppliers and ask for clarification. Better to go to this pharmacy only if you need beauty creams or aspirins.
