I had to do a strep test for my 1 and a half year old son. I went a quarter of an hour before the booked appointment because when I booked arrogantly I was told that I shouldn't arrive later than 2pm and 3pm because otherwise the doctor would be when the appointment time arrived I was told that the doctor had not yet arrived, truly shameful and above all without any respect for a child who is not well, I will certainly no longer use this pharmacy, shame on you

They have expired covid swab kits (even positive ones give negative results). They spread covid and don't even give the money back

Very rude and arrogant, they also never have the prescribed medicine and you have to book. Much better to avoid the Rinascente pharmacy which is always available and prepared

I give my Maxima negativity, I had booked a Covid test a week before to take a plane and in the morning I phoned to be sure to find out if there was any news on the timetable, they replied that they no longer did it because the doctor was ill , they didn't even bother to make a phone call, absurd they should be avoided.
